2. Boost to Seed Corporation Farms > Infrastructure development of 12 farms under Assam Seeds Corporation Ltd > Horticulture Nursery, Ulubari, Guwahati and Ulubari Nursery under Assam Seeds Corporation Ltd to be converted into state-of-the-art facilities

3. Promotion of Agriculture Officers > Relaxation of qualifying service in promotion of agriculture officers in order to strengthen and help in effective functioning of Agriculture department help him effective functioning.
