• Settlement of Land under MB 3.0 ► Cabinet has approved submission of applications for allotment or settlement of the land under MB 3.0 without mandatory submission of the evidence such as certificate of registration, trust deed etc by entities like educational, religious and cultural institutions ► However, such non-individual juridical entities will have to submit proof of registration as non-individual juridical entity before getting the offer of allotment or offer of settlement of the land applied for • Judicial Township, North Guwahati ► To facilitate construction of a State-of-the-art Judicial Township in Rangmahal, North Guwahati, Cabinet has accorded approval to Non A.A. Financial Sanction for Acquisition of Patta Land ► The Judicial Township will ensure comprehensive judicial infrastructure, residential accommodation, essential amenities, safety measures, etc • Improving Rural Connectivity ► To improve rural connectivity in 6 districts of the State, Cabinet has approved construction of 14 Rural Road projects worth ₹81cr
