Power Bills - All Govt employees have to clear their pending electricity bills till July - NOC about clearance of bills to be submitted - No NOC required for regular payment of bills after this month 3. Guardian Ministers - Guardian ministers & secretaries to pay 3-day visit to 7 districts under containment
