Expediting Smart Prepaid Meter Installation --->> Appointment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Providers for implementation of Smart Prepaid Metering under Govt of India's Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme for expediting installation of prepaid smart meters The project involves installation of 44 lakh Smart Meters at an estimated cost of 4362.30 cr and will benefit around 44 lakh electrical consumers across 27 districts Relief to Pensioners Approval to amendment of Rule 13, 15 and Form B Part II of Assam Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1965 for altering the process for sanction of Commutation of Pension It aims to set time limit for disposal of commutation of pension cases at every level by delegating the power of referring the pensioners to Medical Boards for medical examination to Head of Offices/Head of Depts Amendment to Forest Service Rules Amendment to 'The Assam Junior Forest Service Rules, 2005' regarding syllabus for written test for direct recruitment into Forester Grade-I and Forest Guard This will include Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test on a par with Assam Police
