► Launching Soon: Mission Basundhara 3.0 ► To carry forward the legacy of Mission Basundhara 1.0 and 2.0 towards offering comprehensive land related services through a digitized citizen centric framework, Cabinet has approved launch of Mission Basundhara 3.0 on October 19 with the following services • Review of MB 2.0 rejected cases pending for clarification Relaxation of three generation criteria for SC/ST/Tea Tribe/Ex-Tea Tribe/Adivasi/Gorkha Communities. Further, three-generation domicile requirement will be relaxed for MB 2.0 applicants having Refugee Certificate of a date prior to 25.3.1971

• Digitalized Settlement of land to non-individual juridical entities For 'Non-Govt Institutions of Public Nature' falling under three categories l.e Educational Institutions, Religious Institutions and Socio-Cultural Institutions with possession of 3 years or more in rural areas and 10 years or more in urban areas before October 1, 2021, allotment of government land will be considered • Settlement of erstwhile Bhoodan/Gramdan land • Ownership Rights to Occupancy Tenants in Town lands which were erstwhile Rural Lands • Offering Reclassification suite • End to end digitalization of Annual Patta to PP Conversion with rationalized premium rates in urban area and peripheral areas • Limited Conversion of Tea grant land to periodic patta • Settlement of land under SVAMITVA NC Village Survey
