Chief Minister’s Visit to Lakhimpur
Assam's Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Lakhimpur, starting with Sri Sri Madhabdev Kalakshetra and the Janamasthan of Sri Sri Madhabdev at Letekupukhuri Than. The Chief Minister reviewed key projects, including a waste management facility, urban forest site, ISBT, and stadium, slated to be operational by August 2025. Chief Minister also inspected the ₹400 crore bridge project over the Subansiri River, connecting North Lakhimpur-Ghunasuti, emphasizing its timely completion. The visit highlighted the Hon'ble Chief Minister's commitment to accelerating development and preserving cultural heritage in the region.
