असम लोक सेवा अधिकार पोर्टल
असम लोक सेवा अधिकार सेवाओं को उपयोग करने के लिए अधिनियम और प्रक्रियाओं के तहत नागरिकों को असम लोक सेवा अधिकार पोर्टल के अधिसूचित सेवाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अनुमति देना और नागरिकों के अधिकारों से संबंधित सक्रिय प्रकटीकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भी लोक सेवा अधिकार पोर्टल को प्रशासनिक सुधार और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के विश्व बैंक द्वारा वित्तपोषित असम नागरिक केंद्रित सेवा वितरण परियोजना के तहत बनाया गया है ।

Chief Minister’s Covid-19 Widows Support Scheme
To provide socio-economic security to wives who lost their husbands due to Covid-19, the Government of Assam has launched a special Chief Minister’s Covid-19 Widows Support Scheme.
Under the scheme, a one-time financial assistance of Rs 2.5 lakh is provided to such widows belonging to low-income families with an annual income up to Rs 5 lakh. In the first phase, 874 covid widows received support from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Chief Minister’s Shishu Seva Scheme
Launched for children who lost their parents to COVID19, ₹7,81,200 has been parked in bank as fixed deposit (FD) in the name of each beneficiary. A monthly financial assistance of Rs 3,500 realised from the FD is being given to the beneficiary till he or she attains 24 years of age. On completion of 24 years of age, the principal amount parked as FD against each beneficiary would be credited to his or her bank account.
Swanirbhar Naari
Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on January 13, 2022 launched Swanirbhar Naari, an ambitious scheme aimed at making the weavers of Assam self-reliant. With focus on economic security of weavers and their empowerment, the main objective of the scheme is to arrange purchase of 31 handloom-produced textile products directly from the weavers without middlemen, depositing the money in bank accounts of weavers within four days and arranging purchase of textile products at fixed prices through outlets set up in different districts. Altogether, 100 procurement centres of traditional goods have been opened across Assam.
ओरुनोदोई योजना
ओरुनोदोई योजना एक प्रमुख गरीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम है जिसे 2 अक्टूबर 2020 को असम सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया गया था । इस योजना के तहत राज्य के गरीब परिवारों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ हस्तांतरण (डी बी टी) के माध्यम से शुरू में 830 रुपये प्रति माह की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की गई थी । यह राशि बढ़ाकर 1,000 रुपये प्रति माह कर दी गई है ।
कुल 19.32 लाख लाभार्थियों के प्रति माह कुल 1,005.01 करोड़ रुपये का वितरण किया जा रहा है । परिवार की प्राथमिक देखभाल करने वाली महिलाओं को योजना के लाभार्थियों के रूप में रखा गया है । प्रत्येक माह की 10 तारीख को लाभार्थियों को राशि वितरित की जाती है ।
Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan
To generate employment opportunities in the State through the setting up of new entrepreneurial ventures, Government of Assam will provide ₹2 lakh to ₹5 lakh as financial assistance to 2 lakh eligible youth under the Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan. Registration has already started on the portal cmaaa.assam.gov.in. Under the mission, ₹2 lakh will be provided to selected beneficiaries who are graduates, ITI pass-outs, polytechnic pass-outs, technical diploma holders, matric pass-outs (General) and studied up to Class 10 (SC/ST/OBC). Similarly, ₹5 lakh will be provided to selected beneficiaries with professional degrees in engineering, medical, dental, veterinary, fishery, agriculture, etc. While 50% will be given as financial assistance, 50% will be given as interest-free Government loan.
Sectors that will be covered under the mission include stationery, agriculture and horticulture, poultry, dairy, goatery, piggery, fishery, packaging, readymade garments, fabrication, hardware shop, plantation (bamboo, rubber, agar, etc), timber industry, service sector and others.
---> Applicants should be permanent residents of Assam ---> Aged 28-40 years in case of General Category and 28-43 years in case of SC/ST/OBC as on 1st April 2023. ---> Minimum Educational Qualification of Applicants for General category is Matriculation and Class 10 for SC/ST/OBC. ---> All beneficiaries are required to have a bank account (must be opened before 31st December 2023) ---> Any previous loan taken by the applicant from banks should not be remain outstanding. ---> Only one member of a family will be considered eligible ---> Applicants must be registered with the Employment Exchange.
