■ Facilitating payment of Khazana ► Taking cognizance of the issues faced by micro and small landholders in payment of Khazana online, Cabinet has approved manual payment of Khazana with manual receipts, as per the system prevailing earlier ► Cabinet has however allowed continuation of the process of onboarding Pattadars into e-Khazana portal in the interest of land administration reforms ■ Ease of Land Ownership for Public Institutions ► Cabinet has approved waiver of renewal fees under Societies Registration Act to facilitate application for allotment of land under Mission Basundhara 3.0 for non-individual juridical entities, such as Namghars, religious institutions and non-Govt educational institutions ► The requirement of Chartered Accountant Certificate for audit of last three years is also waived off in such cases
