• Extension of Apon Ghar Benefits • Cabinet has approved proposal to extend the benefit of the enhanced loan threshold limit of ₹30 lakh to existing 37,277 beneficiaries with an interest subvention of 1% • Strengthening Rural Roads - Cabinet has approved ₹234 crore to improve 219 rural roads in Tea Garden areas of 19 districts • Encouraging Startups • To supervise the development of startups in Assam and provide policy, funding and mentorship support, Cabinet has approved creation of a new administrative department, "Department of Innovation, Incubation and Startup" • Implementation of Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan - To support eligible SHG members in urban areas to take up micro entrepreneurship, Cabinet has approved guidelines for implementation of Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan - Nogoria (MMUA-N). - The scheme will provide 10,000 Seed Fund to eligible members
