मिशन बसुंधरा २.० का शुभारंभ

मिशन बसुंधरा के पहले चरण के सफल क्रियान्वयन के बाद मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. हिमंत बिश्व शर्मा ने आज मिशन बसुंधरा २.० का शुभारंभ किया।
इस मिशन का मुख्य उद्देश्य भूमि से संबंधित मुद्दों का सामना करने वाले नागरिकों के लिए भूमि राजस्व सेवाओं को और अधिक सुलभ बनाना है।
मिशन बसुंधरा २.० के माध्यम से प्रदान की जाने वाली नई सेवाओं में शामिल हैं:
• सरकारी खास और सीलिंग अधिशेष भूमि का पट्टा जारी
• अधिभोगी किरायेदारों को स्वामित्व अधिकार प्रदान करना
• हस्तांतरित वार्षिक पट्टा भूमि का सरकारीकरण क्रमशः पट्ट जारी
• ग्रामीण चरागाहों/व्यावसायिक चरागाहों में पूर्व में आवंटित/बसने वाले पात्र लोगों को भूमि पट्टा जारी
• कॉफी, चाय और रबर की खेती के लिए स्वदेशी लोगों द्वारा उपयोग किए जा रहे भूमि का पट्टा जारी
• आदिवासी समुदायों की वंशानुगत भूमि का पट्टा जारी
• भूमि हस्तांतरण अनुमति के साथ स्वचालित पंजीकरण सेवा
• भू-राजस्व का ऑनलाइन भुगतान
• डिजिटल ष्टेम्पिं सेवा*
सेवाओं का लाभ basundhara.assam.gov.in, rtps.assam.gov.in या किसी भी सार्वजनिक सुविधा केंद्र के माध्यम से लिया जा सकता है।

Govt of Assam signs MoU with IIM, Bangalore

Govt of Assam signed an MoU with IIM, Bangalore on November 14, 2022 for launch of Chief Minister’s Young Professional Programme (CMYPP) 2023-25. Under the programme, 75 young professionals will be trained through a combination of on-the-job experience and classroom training.
The objectives of CMYPP are to attract quality talent outside traditional recruitment channel, provide opportunity to highly-skilled people to contribute to the growth journey of Assam at grassroots level and help the Government identify opportunities of improvement in health, education and woman & child development sectors.
Under the programme, the professionals will be jointly mentored by IIM, Bangalore and Govt of Assam.
As per the MoU, Certificate on Public Policy will be provided by IIM, Bangalore, while the Govt will invest on each professional to the tune of Rs 1.5 lakh per month.
गुवाहाटी में दूसरे चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर

गुवाहाटी में आगामी दूसरे चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय के बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के लिए असम सरकार ने मुंबई के ब्राइट स्टार इन्वेस्टमेंट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया।
अपनी कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी (CSR) पहल के तहत कंपनी चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय के अकादमिक ब्लॉक के निर्माण के लिए १५० करोड़ रुपये का योगदान देगी।
पूर्व उग्रवादियों को वित्तीय सहायता

मुख्यमंत्री डॉ हिमंत बिश्व शर्मा ने गुवाहाटी के श्रीमंत शंकरदेव कलाक्षेत्र में आयोजित समारोह में
हथियार छोड़ कर मुख्यधारा में शामिल हुए छह सशस्त्र समूहों के ३१८ सदस्यों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान किया।
इनमें यू जी पी ओ से १२७, टी एल ए से ७४, के एन एल ए से ३८, के एल एफ से ३३, उल्फा से ३५ और डी एन एल ए से ११ सदस्य शामिल थे।
अब तक, असम सरकार ने ऐसे सशस्त्र समूह के ६,७४० सदस्यों को सहायता प्रदान की है जिन्होंने हथियार छोड़ कर मुख्यधारा में शामिल हो गए थे, जबकि ३,२७६ को असम पुलिस द्वारा कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया है।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उल्फा नेतृत्व से राज्य में शांति और प्रगति में मदद के लिए हिंसा का रास्ता छोड़ने की अपील की।

CM launches Lachit Barphukan app, portal
Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma launched Lachit Barphukan app and portal (lachitbarphukan.assam.gov.in) on October 26, 2022 for citizens to submit essays on Mahavir Lachit Barphukan. The essay writing is being organised by Government of Assam as a part of the year-long programme to celebrate 400 birth year of the Ahom General.
7 MoUs signed to harness State’s potential across sectors

Seven MoUs were signed to harness the State’s potential in renewable energy, skill development and tourism & hospitality on October 17 in presence of Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) signed separate MoUs with Microsoft, Google India Pvt Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Ltd and Health Care Sector Skill Council (HSSC). Similarly, MoUs were executed between Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training (DECT) and Info Edge (India) Ltd, better known as Naukri.com, between ATDC and Tata STRIVE and between APDCL and SJVNL Green Energy Ltd (SGEL), a subsidiary of SJVN Ltd.
