1. Mineral royalty > For Government construction work, royalty payable to Forest Dept. for using construction materials like sand, stones etc., to be deducted from contractor's bill and submitted at treasury. For private construction in urban areas, fixed royalty can be paid in 4 installments at treasury.

2. Distance learning > Degree, diploma issued by Government approved distance learning institutes to be considered on par with on-campus courses for Government jobs 3. Organic Mission - > Assam State Organic Mission Agency (ASOMA) to be constituted with Mission Organic Value Chain Development, Assam and National Beekeeping & Honey Mission (NBHM), Assam under its ambit
